In most cases, having two Quirks is thought to be very odd but there are characters whose Quirk number is even greater than that, making them very unique characters in My Hero Academia.

10 All For One

One of the strongest people in the world of My Hero Academia, All For One was a villain that even the most incredible Heroes were wary of. His strength was such that even All Might had a hard time defeating him, which goes to show his great prowess in combat.

All For One once had access to the All For One Quirk which gave him the power to let him steal anyone’s Quirks, stockpile it, and even distribute it freely within people. In theory, All For One could give himself as many Quirks as he wanted by stealing them from others.

9 USJ Nomu

The USJ Nomu was an incredibly powerful Nomu under All For One that fought All Might quite early in the series. Built to defeat All Might, the USJ Nomu was quite powerful and All Might’s 100% power wasn’t enough to take it down.

This power stemmed from him having two Quirks, Shock Absorption, and Super Regeneration. Both of his powers are pretty self-explanatory and allowed him to keep up with the Symbol of Peace in combat.

8 High-Ends

High-Ends were some of the most powerful Nomu ever, created by Dr. Kyudai Garaki. Known to be the strongest of the lot, these Nomu were built to survive against the strongest of people in the story such as All Might and Endeavor.

Hood, one of the High-Ends, was able to fight against the Number 1 Hero on equal footing. Like the USJ Nomu, their body was also enhanced with multiple Quirks, however instead of just two, they possess up to six Quirks, making them quite fearsome indeed.

7 Gigantomachia

All For One’s personal bodyguard, Gigantomachia is a monstrously powerful being who works under Shigaraki Tomura but is imprisoned at the moment. He ranks among the very strongest people in the world of My Hero Academia and possesses multiple Quirks as well.

Gigantomachia has access to a whopping seven Quirks that his body has been modified with, and these include Endurance, Pain Blocker, Gigantification, Dog, Energy Saver, Fierce Gains, and Mole. Every single Quirk that he has is overpowered in its own way and makes him as strong as he is.

6 Kurogiri

A former member of the League of Villains, Kurogiri is quite an intriguing character who played a very important role in the life of Shigaraki Tomura. While much about him remained a mystery until recently, it was eventually revealed that Kurogiri was created from the corpse of Shirakumo, a childhood friend of Shota Aizawa.

Shirakumo had a Quirk known as Clouds, and Kurogiri has a Quirk known as Warp Gate, which appears to be a modification of the actual Clouds Quirk.

5 Nine

Nine was the main antagonist of My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising and an incredibly powerful villain who could be considered as a worthy rival for even All Might. His body was modified such that he gained access to several Quirks, making him incredibly powerful.

Nine had access to a copy of All For One, meaning he could steal Quirks as well. On top of that, he also had access to Cell Activation, Weather Manipulation, Air Wall, Scanning, Bullet Laser, and Hydra.

4 Shigaraki Tomura

The leader of the Paranormal Liberation Front, Shigaraki Tomura is the strongest character in My Hero Academia at the moment. He was born with the power of the Decay Quirk but currently, he has access to several other powers as well.

After receiving All For One, Shigaraki gained access to multiple Quirks. With the power of All For One, he can freely steal any Quirk that he wants and incorporate them in his body, as he already has done with several powers. With time Shigaraki is only going to grow stronger.

3 Izuku Midoriya

The protagonist of My Hero Academia, Izuku Midoriya was born Quirkless, however, he received the One For All from All Might. Being a power that is passed down from person to person, One For All managed to store a portion of the Quirks of all the former users, giving Izuku access to all of them.

The first Quirk that he activated was Blackwhip, which was followed by Float and then Danger Sense. With time, Izuku also gained access to Smokescreen and Fa Jin, making him a user of multiple Quirks as well.

2 Other One For All Users

While not every One For All user has had multiple Quirks, some of them did indeed possess more than one, with the first user of One For All, Yoichi Shigaraki, being the prime example. He has access to two Quirks, as did Hikage Shinomori, and Diagoro Banjo.

En, the successor of Diagoro Banjo also had access to two Quirks as did Nana Shimura. Yagi Toshinori was Quirkless just like Izuku Midoriya so he didn’t possess multiple Quirks, unlike the others.

1 Lady Nagant

Lady Nagant was a Pro Hero turned villain who was freed from Tartarus by All For One. She was one of the most powerful villains in the story so far, as was evident from her fight against Izuku Midoriya.

Lady Nagant relied on the power of several Quirks, which included an unnamed self-destruction Quirk, along with two others, called Rifle and Air Walk. With her Quirks, she became a force to be reckoned with and was certainly an incredibly powerful antagonist for the Tartarus Escapees arc.
